Who we are

What this website collects: nothing

Every page on webdesignerbd.cloud is a static file. There is no login, no comment system, no tracking pixel of ours, and no server that records what you do here. Our web server keeps only the standard, short-lived technical logs any web server produces, and we do not use them to identify visitors.

The contact and audit forms on this site do not submit anything to us. When you press send, your device opens WhatsApp or your own email app with the message pre-filled, and you see exactly what will be sent before you send it. Nothing you type into a form is stored on this website — if you close the tab instead of sending, the message goes nowhere.

One small exception worth naming: the pricing page remembers your currency choice (taka or dollars) in your own browser's local storage. That preference never leaves your device and is never sent to us.

Information you send us by WhatsApp, email, or phone

If you message us, we receive whatever you choose to share — typically your name, contact details, business information, and project details. We use it for exactly one purpose: replying to you, scoping your project, and delivering the work. We do not sell it, rent it, or add you to a marketing list.

Those conversations live in the services that carried them — WhatsApp and our email account — and in written quotes and invoices. We keep project correspondence for as long as we work together and for a reasonable period afterwards, because clients routinely come back with follow-up work. Invoices and payment records are kept as long as bookkeeping and tax rules require.

The Google Maps embed

The contact, about, and Jashore pages embed a Google Map showing our location. That map is loaded from Google's servers, and Google may set its own cookies and collect usage data under Google's privacy policy and terms. We receive nothing from it. If you prefer, every address on this site is also written out as plain text.

Analytics: none installed

As of the date above, this website runs no analytics — not Google Analytics, not anything else. If we add a measurement tool later, we will update this policy and the date at the top before it goes live.

Client project data

Building or fixing a website usually means you give us access to things — hosting, domain, WordPress, Search Console, sometimes product and customer data inside your store. We ask for the least access needed for the job, and we use it only for the agreed work.

Credentials you share are kept in an encrypted password manager, never in plain-text files, chats we could avoid, or shared documents. On handover, accounts are placed in your name wherever possible, and we recommend you rotate any passwords we used. Copies of your site made during the project (backups, staging) are deleted once the project is closed, unless you ask us to keep a backup.

Your choices and deletion

You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — including old WhatsApp threads, emails, and files you sent. Email [email protected] from the address you contacted us with, and we will confirm within a few business days. The only things we may retain after a deletion request are records we are required to keep, such as invoices.

Changes to this policy

If how this site works changes — for example, if a form ever starts submitting to a server, or analytics is added — this page will be updated first and the date at the top will change. The current version always lives at this address.
